Sorry if you have answered this before, but what is a usual workout routine for you? Any advice to a more masculine identified genderqueer just starting to get in shape?

I have a post from a few weeks back in which I discuss my general workout routine here. Currently, I target biceps, triceps, and my back on one day, and shoulders, lats, traps, and chest on another. I try to get to the gym at least three days per week, but my ideal is four. I target my abs a couple of times per week.

Right now I am satisfied with “body fat” content and have been really slacking on doing cardio exercises, but if that’s something you want to work on, you should incorporate cardio exercise (treadmill, jogging, brisk walking, elliptical machine, etc..) into your exercise routine at least three days per week for 20 minutes. Cardio also assists in general good health and well-being.
